Refund and Returns Policy

At Bravlinen, we create timeless menswear from natural linen, tailored with care for the modern gentleman. While we stand behind the quality of every piece we make, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Below is our refund and return policy designed to be fair and transparent.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
  • Not be a made-to-order or customized item (see section below)

Made-to-Order & Customized Products

Many Bravlinen garments are made to order to reduce waste and ensure a tailored fit. For that reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Made-to-order or customized items
  • Items altered at your request or tailored post-delivery

We encourage customers to check sizing and product details carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure, our support team is here to guide you.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return
  • Returned items remain your responsibility until received and inspected by us

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos and a description. We will offer a prompt solution: exchange, refund, or replacement.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or made-to-order garments
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color (and your item is eligible), we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item
  2. Placing a new order for the desired item

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
